(Received March 10th, 12.25 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 9. \t Melbourne Mr' Tom Walsh sfaied the whole reason for the feud in the Seamen's Union was that Mr Jacob. Johnson had personal grudge anainst him and other members of tne Union He added that the proceedings of the Sydney branch in suspending \l> W Raeburn were illegal. Mrßaeburn stated he did not pro-, pote any notice of the Sydney branch's resolution.
