Manuka left Melbourne for Bluff on March 4th. She carries 103 bags of mail and eleven parcel receptacles for Christehurch, including seventy-eight bags from beyond. Mail due Christehurch about March 9th. R.M.S. Makura left San Francisco for Wellington on February 24th. Mail due Christchurch on March 16th. Ulimaroa left Sydney for Wellington on sth inst. She has 22 bags of mail and three parcel receptacles for Christehurch. Due Christehurch on 10th inst. Outgoing Overseas Mailt. The next best dispatch for correspondence addressed to Great Britain, Ireland, Continent of Europe, and U.S.A., will be via Vancouver, closing at Christehurch on March 13th, at 5.15 p.m. Mails which left Wellington on January stb, per Tahiti, via San Francisco, arrived in London on February 6th. Mails which left Auckland on January 19th, per Niagara, arrived London February 20th. Mails for Australian States, South Africa, and the East, per Ulimaroa at Wellington, close at Christehurch on March 11th at 5.15 p.m. Mails for Great Britain, Ireland, Continent of Europe, and Argentine, per Gallic at Wellington, close at Christehurch on March 11th at 5.15 p.m. (specially addressed correspondence only).
