He recounted that in the General Election the Liberals were defeated in a large majority of the ridings, that nine Ministers of the Grown, including the Prime Minister (Mr W. L. Mackenzie King), were defeated, that the Conservatives secured the largest support from the popular vote and hare the largest number of members of any Party in the House, and declared that the continuance of the Liberals in office would be a violation of the principles and practice of British constitutional law.
