DEPORTATION CASE PAYMENTS. (by cable—press association—copyright.) (AUSTRALIAN AND K.2. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) MELBOURNE, January 15. In the House of Representatives Mr Stanley Bruce said that the total expenditure in connexion with the deportation proceedings amounted to £5130. Counsel's fees were £.1850, and payments to members of the Board £1995. The chairman was unpaid.
