The "Daily Mail" says the passage rates for migrants has been reduced owing to Canada agreeing to superintend the migrant's welfare for fire years. She will take 25 per cent, without experience of farm work. It is expected that the migrants will increase from 5000 to 10,000 yearly. [lt was announced in a previous cable message that passenger rates to migrants to Canada from the Old Country had been reduced from £ls to £3 per head, no charge being made for those under the age of 17 years.]
