BEEKEEPERS.
FIELD DAY AT PAPANUI. The Canterbury Beekeepers' Association held u. field day on Saturday at the apiary of Mr Kcan, Tombs road, Styx, about twenty members being present. Mr G. H. Sergeant, apiary instructor, gave a demonstration on "Different Method's of Queen Bearing," and subsequcnlty answered a number of questions. At tho close of the demonstration he was accorded a vote of thanks.
