LOCARNO PACT.
GERMANY RATIFIES. (ST CABLX—FSSSS ASSOCIATION—COPTKIOHT.) (AUSTRALIAN' AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received November 27th, 7.35 p.m.) BERLIN, November 36. The Reichstag by 271 votes to 159 read a second time the Locarno Bill, embodying acceptance of the Security Pact, arbitration treaties and Germany's entry into the League of Nations, after rejecting an amendment by 242 votes to 169. The minority consisted of German Nationalists,, Communists, Extreme Nationalists, and some members of the Economic Party.
