A flower eliow and fete will be held st St. David's- Presbyterian Church, Sydenham, to-day. The Christchurch Male Voice Choir will give its final programme foi the season, assisted by the Cathedra.: Choristers, in the Choral Hall, on December sth and 7th. . lady MaTJorie Dalryinp'e would be pleased to meet all Girl Guides on Sunday evening, November 29th, at 8 p.m., in the Jockey Club's rooms A Christmas fair will be held in the Berwick street Sunday Scho:'!, St. Albans, on Saturday-, December . sth. On Tuesday, December Ist, at the Choral Hall at 7.30 p.m., the pupils of St. Saviour's Orphanage Girls' School, assisted bv Mrs Enid Frye and pupils, wi'l 'give an entertainment in aid of the school funds. A garden fete will be held in the Ehodes Convalescent Home grounds, at 2.30 p.m. on December sth. y A farewell sen-ice will be held in the Trades Hall at 6 p.m. to-morrow to the Rev. J. H. G. Chappie, who is leaving for Tauraoga. To-morrow at Wesley Church, Fitzgerald' avenue, Mr "W. C. Francis will be the preacher at the morning service. In the evening the Rev. E. D. Patchett will preach on "Queen Alexandra's Favourite Text." The Bev. Harry Johnson, Moderator of the Congregational Church of New Zealand, will occupy the pclpit of the Tennyson street Congregational Church to-morrow at 11 a.m., and Trinity . Congregational Church at the evening service. Mr We«l«y KoSerts, examiner for the Associated Board R.A.M. and R.C.M., London, will give an informal talk to teachers, senior students, parents, and anyone interested in the Art at Music, on Tuesday, at 8 p.m., in. thfl Art Gallery.
