(press association txlxgbax.) - WELLINGTON, November 27. The Prime Minister has replied to | the communication forwarded to him by Mr R. A. Armstrong, on behalf of the Licensing Reform Association, in which the request was made for the early introduction of a Bill into Pajliament providing for the reform of the licensing law. Mr Coates's reply is that ,he has taken careful note of the Association's requests, and the Association, may rest assured that no undue delay will take place in giving consideration to the question of licensing reform.
