(Received November 26th, 7.20 p.m.) LONDON, November 25. - In the House of Commons, replying to questions concerning tho ( lost submarine. Mr W. C. Bridigeman said that the Admiralty always entertained the possibility of a collision and added that the vessels accompanying Ml flew a red flag to indicate that submarines were manoeuvring.
