"Cannot something be done to prevent the small boy nuisance from preventing adults enjoying band concerts at Sydenham Park," asked Cr. CCarr, at last night's meeting of the Christchurch City Council. Cr". Carr added that large numbers of children playing in the park when concerts were in progress considerably detracted from the enjoyment of the concerts by adults. Cr. A. D. Ford" said a report on the small bo*-, nuisance would, be submitted at the next meeting.
