The third anniversary of tho Fascist march on Rome was celebrated at. Milan by a grand review .of 20,000 Bldck Shirts armed with machine-£uns, in the presence of 100,(X!0 people, Mussolini, on horseback, wearing the uniform of a corporal of militia, took the sal_ut« of the 20.000 militia, -who were ' harangued bv Mussolini, claiming that Fascism was the triumphant party. It now numbered 3.000,000. and its ideals were deep in the hearts of the people.
