A DUSTY ROAD.
TO THE EDITOR Or "THB FUB9 " Sir, —-Can I enlist- your aid, by publishing this, in forcing attention on the state ot' the road in Mowbray street, between Walt ham road and the railway yard gates? The dust- is inches thick in fine weather, and for people living in this llart of the road life is a curse. Clouds of dust ato caused by the wind and the heavy traffic from the railway yards, and seldom is a watercart seen. I am sure if some of our ''Best People" and Council authorities had to live on this road the conditions would be altered quickly. This piece of road requires watering three or four times daily, a.nd every day, not now and again as at present. —Yours, etc., RESIDENT.
