Special reserve engineer-officers will bo abolished and special reserve Royal Marine officers reduced. The second cruiser squadron will be reduced," H.M.S. Calliope being plated in reserve. One of tho destroyer ilotillas attached to the Atlantic Fleet will be reduced to the reserve.
