BLAZE AT RANGIORA.
INSTITUTE HALL AND LIBRARY. At 1.45 this morning Eangiora Institute Hall and Library was discovered to be on fire. The building was burning from end to end, and presented every appearance of being a total loss. Only on Friday night the Borough Council accepted a tender for the building of a new town hall at a cost of about £6500.
