THE PURE FOODS ACT.
ANALYSIS OF WILSON'S MALT EXTRACT.
EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH QUALITY. To protect the public the Pure Foods Act requires that Malt Extract sold iii New Zealand must contain 70 pet cent, of solids. Analysis of "Wilson's" discloses the high proportion of 80.07 per cent, of solids. The Act also calls for a digestive ratio of 250. Analysis of "Wilson's" shows a digestive ratio of 374. G.
