CAROLINE BAY ASSOCIATION.
(SPECIAL TO "THE PBESS.") TIMARU, June i. The annual meeting of the Caroline Bay Association waa held this evening. Mr C. b. Young presided. * ■ In moving the adoption of the annual report and balance-sheet (already published in "The Pre6a") the president reviewed tho work done by the"" Association during the past year, stating that it was considered to be the most • successfnl ever carried out by the Association. This was in a large measure .due to the efforts of the voluntary helpers who had devoted so much of. their time to furthering tho interests of the Association. The report and bafeuice-sheot were> adopted. The election of officers resulted as follows: President, Mr C. S. Young; vice-presidents, Messrs G. S. day, G. Iriggß, J. Hole, E. A. Hamilton, TV. D. Bevell, and Bowen; the same officers ■ were appointed to act as executive committee.. . It .was decided- on the- motion of -Mr Triggs, that applications should be called for the position of secretary jmd organiser to the Association.
