LONDON, June 4
The Labour correspondent of tho "Daily Express" says that the muchboomed Big Four Conference on Thursday is practically certain to fizzle out, and ' end in embarrassment for Mr Cook, the fire-eating disciple of Lenin, who is secretary of the Miners' Federation.
The executive of the National Union of Railwaymen has decided to have nothing to do with the alliance, and the transporters will not support the scheme, aind the engineers are divided.
