The late Lord Lcverhulme wills his estate to the present Viscount, but sets aside 100,000 £lO ordinary shares in Lever Bros, as a Special Fund to pay legacies and annuities to the people in his employ. A special fund will be divided into 100 parts, of which ton will be paid to tho Viscount Levorhulme for- the time being, 30 will bo divided between the chairman and a special committeo of Lever Bros., and 20 among the directors of Lever Bros, and its associated companies, 20 will be applied to the encouragement of art,'and 20 to charities for Commercial travellers, grOcerS, and chemists. The capital of the Special Fund will be distributed in 21 year 6 after his death to the testators of the last surviving executor.
