MOTOR AND TRAM COLLIDE.
THREE PEOPLE INJURED. (FBESS ASSOCIATION TKUsbIAM.) WELLINGTON, December 26. As a result of a collision between a motor-car and a tramcar at the corner of Wakefield and L<Jwer Cuba streets, serious injuries were suffered by Gilbert Landymore. tho occupant of tho oar, and less serious injuries by Mr and Mrs Herbert Ellis and their small child. The oar was being driven along Wakefield street, and apparently the driver failed to notice tno approach of a down car. Tho tramcar smashed right into the motor-car, which was badly knocked a'bout. The child was thrown clean on to tho road, but fortunately escaped without injury. Landymore suffered a broken kneecar* in addition to cuts about the face and hands.
