' The body of James Dwyor, victim of the supposed Lithgow murder, is to be exhumed and medical opinion asked whether the woundß could have been self-inflicted. [Tlie body of James Dwyer, aged about 60, was found early last week on a road close to Bowenfels station, near Lithgow. His head was severely battered, and his throat deeply cut.. There were also several stabs in the region of tho heart. A min was arrested but released after being question--ed. There wa3 only on© set of footprints near the body, and the police theory was that Dwyer committed suicide while in delirium tremens.]'
