The first of five steel towers, 3-50 feet in height, for communication by the Marconi beam system of radio with similar statjqns now being erected in England on behalf of the British Post Office, has been completed at Drummomlville, near Montreal. This will be the first station in America to use the beam system of transmission for commercial telegraphy. A receiving station on the same circuit is being built at . Yamacbiche, Quebec.
