PARTY SETS OUT. TWO MOTOR-CAR-BOATS. (IT cable—fsbss association—cojular*, (ACST3AUAN AXD N. 3. CABLS ASSOCIATION.) CAPE TOWN, September 23. Major Court Treatt, with throe companions and Mrs Court Treatt, has commenced a journey to Cairo by motor-car. Two large cars, constructed so as to be convertible iuto boats, will convey the expedition, which expects to obtain much information regarding tho natives and resources of Central Africa.
