An exhibition of industries and handicraft has been held in Sarajevo. One of the most interesting exhibits is a. collection of famous menu cards, made by M. Meizet, the secretary of one of the large hotels of Sarajevo. The collection includes- menus from all parts of the world. They are mainly thoss of great personages, including the Emperor of China and the Sultan, of the last Obrenovitcli King, Alexander I. of Serbia,, ..and of Alexander 111. of Russia. The total number of menus is stated to be 4000. Before the war M. Meizet was offered as much as 200.G00 marks for the collection.
