Albert Edward Jobc, an elderly man, who was supported by two stalwart constables appeared charged with having been, found helplessly drunk on Tuesday night, . On the application of Acting-Semor-Ser-geant A. G. Quartennain the accused was remanded for one week to enable him to be medically treated.
