Prohibitionists arc seriously perturbed over a .recent Court finding in favour -of a licensee being able to eerve liquor at the table to guests after the. closing hour. It is claimed that such rinding will enable designing persons to frustrate "the purposes of the Early-Closing Law.
The < Prohibitionists consider that the matter is so important and farreaching that they have asked the Minister of Justice to make it the subject of an appeal to the High Court. The Minister has promised to submit" the matter to the law authorities. -
