JUTLAND BATTLE.
PRAISE FOR LORD JELLICOE "HE MADE THE FLEET." (HT CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COFTRiaHT) (AUST3ALIAN AND K.Z. CABLS ASSOCIATION.) SYDNEY, August 12. Itegnrding {Tie Battle of Jutland, Admiral Sir Dudley de Chair, Governor of New South Wales, who commanded the Tenth Cruiser Squadron under Admiral of the Fleet Lord Jellicoe, and who has always been loud itr his praises of his chief, said in effect that Lord Jellicoe was the officer responsible for the success of the British Fleet during the war. "Lord Jellicoe," he says, "made tho Fleet. He was responsible for all tho preparations that made the Navy efficient, and he was the inspiration of the Navy. Under him enthusiasm and osprit de corps ruled."
