SERIOUS STOCK AND CROP LOSSES. (DT CIBLE—I'BBSS ASSOCIATION—COPtSIGHT) (STDNZT "Sot" Sebvioi.) NEW YORK, August 10. The -worst storm in 20 years swept lowa and Nebraska. Property was damaged to the extent of £1,000.000, the losses including numbers of live stock. ■ Six inches of rain fell in the town of St. Edward, where a Chatauquawas in' sesfcion. The tent was demolished, and the audience fled to high ground. Boats later rescued them. Thousands of acres of corn fields wero destroyed. .
