(PUSS ASSOCIATION TELEGEAIO WELLINGTON, March 6. In the Gisborne land case, Natana Te Kawe, of FraKerton, plaintiff, ano E. C. Lewey, Stipendiary Magistrate at Gisborne and Dora Devery, a dispute as to an agreement tor the payment of interest, etc., Mr M. Myers, K.C., for defendants, contended that the proper remedy had not been taken. If there was any remedy it was not by way of prohibition, but by appeal. This view was upheld by the Chiel Justice, who gave judgment for defendants.
