"A SOBER ENGLAND."
O MR LLOYD GEORGE'S PLEA. (bt cable—pekss association coptbight.) (AUSTBALIAN AND N.Z. CABLB ASSOCIATION.) LONDON. Starch 5. Mr Lloyd George, speaking at the Free Church Congress, said that the United States had got most out of the war. He was not referring to gold, but to Prohibition. Mr Lloyd George earnestly appealed for a sober England, in which crime would decrease, resulting in a great and happy country.
