After undergoing 21 operations at Northampton Hospital, where he has spent the last three years. Private Frank Hilton, 2nd Devonshire Regt., has died in the Ministry of Pensions Hospital, Leicester. When wounded in the war he lay seven days before being picked np by the Germans. Corporal Hayter, Grenadier Guards, of Spratton, Northampton, who lost a leg in the war, underwent 47-operations.
