AIR FATALITIES.
COLLISION IN MID-AIR,

As the result of colliding in mid-air, when preparing to land at the snowcovered Duxford aerodrome, two Royal Air Force machines crashed, and the pilot of one and a pupil in the other were killed instantly. Two others were severely injured. Another crash occurred at Biggin Hill aerodrome, two of the occupants being killed and a third injured. Thelatter machine fell while "stunting" for the Empire Exhibition films.^
