ARMS FOR THE RISING. (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION., (Received March 4th, 8 p.m..) BERLIN. March 3. At the trial of Ludendorff at Munich, a request by counsel for the de enc© for the arrest of von Kahr, von Lossow and von Seisser, as responsible for t e November bloodshed, was refused. A lieutenant of tho Infantry testified that the school supplied guns to participants in the November lismg. The public was excluded by the request of the prosecutor when the heutcna.u made this statement.
