POULTRY CLUB.

A meeting of the committee of the Christchurch Poultry, Pigeon and Canary Club was held hist night for the purpose of receiving nominations and electing judges for the June show. Mr G. Jeffreys presided over a large attendance. The following judges were elected:—Mr TV. R. Williams (Woodville), game (open classes); Mr G. H. Ambler (Auckland), Leghorn (open classes), Rhode Island Redfl (open chases) and utility; Mr W. A. Gapes, Wyandottes (open) and utility sections; Mr J. Tindall, all other varieties in open sections; Mr T. A. Brown (Dunedin), all bantama other than game; Mr A. Waiker, game bantams; Mr W. J. Chambers, utility White Leghorns; Mr C. W. Bell, bantams (light breeds); Mr G. H. Ambier, Rhode Island R4ds; Mr C. W. Bell; Mr W. T. Green, duckj, table poultry and eggs; Mr A. Walier, amateur judging competition, Mr T. W.
