It is announced that an organisation, company has been formed with a capital of 30,000,000 yen. The business of the cojinpany will bo to foster Japanese emigration to South Amorioa, chiefly to Peru and Brassil, where it will establish Japanese nies. , The company is confident that it ■will bo given Government assistance. It is understood that the Finance Minister has* already offered 1 his support.
