HOKITIKA EXHIBITION.
SATISFACTION AT GENERAL RESULTS. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEQBAM.) HOKITIKA, January 29. The British and Inter-colonial Exhibition is now drawing to a close; it has been definitely decided tq clflse nest Saturday evening. The Primo Minister (Mr Massey) has been invited to attend. The Exhibition lias been well attended, and the original pstiniate of 30,000 visitors has been well exceeded. The revenue from all sources has been well maintained. The financial result of the venture now rests on the satisfactory disposal of the plant and material bought for the Exhibition, including building material, bedding, supplies, electric lighting plant, etc. The management express satisfaction at the general result, and the finp advertisement which the venture proved for the district and the Co;>3t generally. The local public and the guarantors are well satisfied with the' all-round success \yhiqh has attended the Exhibition.
