New South "Wales in tho second innings has lost live wickets for 251 (Collins 81, Kip. p-rx 55 not out., Hendry 28 not out, Macartney. 35, Andrews 44). Victoria's innings occupied seven hour 3, H&ynp batting for tho whole period. He played very slow cricket, many times refusing to take risks in running singles. The commencement ox the New South Wales innings wa sensational, Bardslcv being bowled first ball of the innings.
