DUNEDIN WOOL SAL& GOOD PRICES REALISED. (PESSii ASSOCIATION TELZGSiU.) DUNEDIN, January 29. The second vrool sale of the season was concluded to-day in the presence of a large gathering of interested spectator;;. The wool brokers offered 24,600 bales to a full bench of buyers. The Bradford complement was supplemented bv buyers from Germanv, Fra nee, Italy and Japan. Bidding while apparently slow, was very keen and practically all the wool offered was sold at prices far above anything ever seen on this market. Prices can be reported generally as follows: Merinos, super woola, par, medium and inferior, l<i to 11 >1 lower: halfbreds, 2d to r>d higher; three-quarterbrcds, sfl to Id higher. Some crossbred hogget wools came in for irregular bidding, wliic.li was diffii-ult to understand. A number of lots of halfbred and Cotriedale and an odd lot of extra super merino made 30d upwards. One lot of Corriedale, grown by Mr H. Mclntyre, o£ Mait-land. fetched the record price of 32d, while halt'bred grown at Teviot and Corredale grown at Wilden made Slid.
