BAVARIAN POLITICS.
A CRISIS THREATENING. ("TUB TtME3.") LONDON, December 3. The Munich correspondent of "The Times'* says that Bavaria appears to be threatened with another political crisis. ■ There is an open feud between the dictator, Dr. yon Kahr, and the State Premier, Dt. von Knilling, who do not speak to each other. The dissension is due to the fact that the latter wants to conduct, affairs with tact and diplomacy, while the former wishes to ride Tough-shod over everybody, particularly political opponents.
Von Kahr has reluctantly permitted certain Socialist newspapers to be published again, subject to the most drastic restrictions. For parallel, one must imagine the Liberal Press of England being ifllowed to appear only on condition that they contain no criticism of Tariff Reform.
The resignation of Dr. von Kahr and von Knilling is foreshadowed.
