RUGBY STREET FELLOWSHIP.

An interesting lecture on "Atlantic Cables" was delivered on Tuesday evening to ft well attended meeting of tho Rugby street Fellowship by Mr E. Hitchcock, A.M.I.E.E. Lantern slides operated by Mr CKve Hindi* illustrated the methods employed in laying deep-sea cables. Xh© lecturer in homely terras described the scientific progress that had been achieved, resulting in the marvellous communciation between the nations of tho -world. Messrs W. Hindi© and A. K. Hassall expressed the obligation of the audience, and in conveying it, the Rev. J, Napier Milne hoped then on some future occasion the expert knowledge of Mr Hitchcock would bo again placed at their disposal.
