The Criminal Appeal Court refused the Duke of Leinster's application for bail, pending an appeal from the decision. [The Duke of Leinster, by a special verdict of the jury, was found guilty of obtaining credit without disclosing the fact that he was an undischarged bankrupt. The Recorder, in postponing sentence, 6aid he did not take the view that it was a technical offence. An undischarged ' bankrupt should know his obligations. Defendant would be kept in custody until next session, and then released; but he would not suffer indignity.]
