FIRES.
Craxss ASSOCIATION TXLXG&AHS.) AUCKLAND, July 10. Fire destroyed & live-roomed house at Takapuna, owned by Mrs Hitfkin and occulpied by Mr McCarole and family. Mr and Mrs MoCarole and their three children got out with nothing but their nig/tit clothes. The house was insured tor £750 in the Northern Assurance Co., and the furniture for £750 in the Australian Provincial Assurance Co., and £4OO in the .Northern Assurance Co. WAXGANUI. July 10. ixitto's woolshed, containing 200. shoep, was destroyed by fire at Brunswick this morning. The sheep were burned to death.
