HELD TO RANSOM.
ENGLISHMAN CAPTURED BY CHINESE ROBBERS. HONG KONG, April 27. The British-American Tdhacco Company has informed the British Consul that Chinese robbers in the Kwangtung Province have captured H. C. Rowson, a British employee, who is now held to ransom for 30,000 dollars.
