NEW SOUTH WALES MINERS' DISPUTE.
THE OWNERS' TERMS. # SYDNE?, April 28. It is officially stated that the coal owners have decided that the chief conditions whioh the miners must guarantee to observe, prior to a resumption of work, are the stoppage of strikes, and managers to have the right to seleot the men required, and to-dismiss men without guestioned.
