DUKE OF LEINSTER.
LONDON, April 26. The I>uke of Leinster was summoned at the Marlborough street Police Court for obtaining £IOOO on credit without disclosing that he was an undischarged bankrupt. There was a second charge in respect to two motor-care valued at £2OOO. The first summons was dismissed. The application regarding the motor-cars will be renewed later.
