Dorothy Turner, who was the chief witness in the case against Sir Almeric Fitzroy, has been arrested on a charge of perjury. Tin October Sir Almeric Fitzroy, Clerk to the Privy Council, was fined £5 on a charge ot wilfully interfering withnyomen in Hyde Park. On November 10th his appeal against his convTnctlon was allowed with costs. The Bench held that there was no charge against the police except over-zealous-ness.]
