Cabinet has resigned owing to the resignations of the President of the Chamber, the Foreign Minister, and the Minister of Justice, following an attempt to saddle them with responsiblitv for the Melilla disaster. The King has requested Senor Sanchez Guerra, President of the Council, to re-form the Cabinet.
RIFF CHIEFS STJBSENDEB. MADEID, December 4. Advices from Tetuan announce the surrender of 500 native chiefs, followers of Kaisuli. Calm in Western Morocco is therefore assured.
