ALLEGED HIGH TREASON.
ARRESTS IN RUSSIA. (By Cable—Press Association—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) WARSAW, November 8. Twelve students at military schools in Moscow, Petrograd, and elsewhere have been arrested on a charge of high treason. They will be court-martialled. A number of officers are charged with complicity.
