The organising committee of the International Corporation has reported in favour of the establishment of a national corporation in each affiliated country with an aggregate capital of £20,000,000, to which Britain, France, and Belgium will subscribe equally, but other countries, including Japan and America, have ljeen invited to subscribe if they desire. The foregoing associations will be linked with the International Corporation with a capital of £2,000,000. The International Corporation will sit in London, and all the affiliated associations will be represented on it. The committee urges the Government interested to obtain legislative authority to give the necessary guarantees to the respective associations to enable them to commence operations im*mediately. The committee declines to deal with those countries who do not recognise their past debts and other international obligations. NO LOAN FOB GREECE. t/ONDON, February 27. The proposal to grant Greece facilities to raise money in London,.which aroused indignation among Moslems in India and elsewhere, who • considered such assistance would help Greece in her war against Turkey, appears to hove been abandoned.
