At the inquest on Viscount Harcourt, tfie evidence showed that he had been unwell since the breakdown of his health in 1919. The doctor ordered bromidia as a sleeping draught, and he had taken it on iihe night on which he died. He was suffering .from oedema and myo-carditis, and death was accelerated by the dose of bromidia. A verdict was returned that death was. due to misadventure by an overdose of bromidia.
